Ridge Technology Solution provides a twelve (12) months service warranty from the date of installation. Cameras, DVRs, and Hard Disks are covered by a twelve (12) months product warranty. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by fire, lightning or thunder, electrical surge, misuse, negligence, or any form of physical damage.

Payment terms require sixty percent (60%) advance payment along with work order confirmation. The remaining forty percent (40%) must be paid after installation and successful testing of the system. Payments may be made via cash or account payee cheque issued in favor of “Ridge Technology Solution.”

The estimated project completion time is ten (10) working days from the date of work order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.

All Purchase Orders must be issued in favor of “Ridge Technology Solution.” VAT and applicable taxes are not included in the quoted price and shall be borne by the customer in accordance with prevailing government regulations.
